...on getting rid of their vastly overrated head coaches.  Everybody talks about how the players need to be held accountable for the failures of the Mavs and Suns, but I'm here to tell you, the coaches didn't do their part, either.  It is an absolute travesty that Avery Johnson and Mike D'Antoni have each won a Coach of the Year Award.  As shown in the Mavs/Warriors series in 2007, Johnson doesn't make adjustments when his team is down, and he often has the wrong players on the floor in cruitial moments.  D'Antoni simply doesn't care about defense.  That was a poor hire by the Knicks, and mark my words, their woes WILL continue.  Isiah wasn't the only problem.

So Mavs and Suns fans, even though you guys have been frustrated in you efforts to win a Championship, you can at least say that you got a good start to your ofseason and are in better position to do better next year. 

1.  Russell Westbrook - an exciting player with loads of potential that will bring fans back to games.  He is capable of playing PG, a position of need for the Pacers.

2.  DeAndre Jordan - A high risk/reward pick.  He could be the next Dwight Howard or the next Johan Petro.  I'd be willing to take that risk.

3.  Darrell Arthur - He's drawn comparisons to Antonio McDyess.  A solid pick at #11.
